Ramen

Tonkotsu

Creamy, rich pork broth served with chashu braised pork, pork fatback, kikurage wood ear mushrooms, marinated soft-boiled egg, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds and red pickled ginger.

Paitan

Savory, rich chicken broth served with kara-age fried chicken, marinated soft-boiled egg, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, radish sprouts and shredded dried chili pepper.

Miso

Savory broth of miso, chicken and dashi. Served with chashu braised pork, wakame seaweed, bean sprouts, buttered corn, marinated soft-boiled egg and green onions.

Shoyu

Delicate broth, made of chicken and dashi. Served with chashu braised pork, yellow onion, bean sprouts, nori seaweed, marinated soft-boiled egg, naruto fish cake and menma bamboo shoots.

Spicy rich pork broth mixed with our house-made chili sauce and oil served with chashu braised pork, green onions, vegetables (bean sprouts, cabbage and nira chives) with starched sauce | Extra Hot

Abura Soba

Broth-less noodle bowl topped with blended garlic soy sauce and a hint of chili oil and served with bean sprouts, green onions, chopped chashu pork belly, onsen tamago “hot springs” slow cooked egg and shredded nori seaweed.

Veggie Shoyu (V) (VG)

Clear vegetable broth served with grilled seasoned tofu, spring mix greens, marinated soft-boiled egg, dried wheat gluten, malted rice paste, garlic, asparagus and lotus root chips. Can be made vegan and gluten-free (+$3.00) upon request.

Veggie Abura Soba (V) (VG)

Soup-less noodles seasoned with blended garlic soy sauce and a hint of chili oil, topped with bean sprouts, green onions, grilled seasoned tofu, onsen tamago “hot springs” slow cooked egg) and shredded nori seaweed. Can be made vegan and gluten-free upon request.

Kids Ramen

Half-portion Paitan chicken broth ramen served with corn and a Japanese fried chicken.

Rice Bowls

Katsu Curry (VG)

Hearty Japanese-style curry, loaded with potatoes and carrots. Served over rice; topped with spring mix and a panko-breaded chicken cutlet. Can be made vegan (with tofu) on request.

Lightly salted soy beans, served in the pod.

Kara-age

Marinated overnight, lightly breaded dark meat chicken, twice-fried, served with chimichurri-style Japanese garlic dipping sauce (4 pcs).

Gyoza

Combination pork, chicken and vegetable potstickers served with dipping sauce (4 pcs).
